Core Platform Principle
Only collector-grade vehicles qualify: premium and classic automobiles exclusively. No daily-use, mass-market, or commuter cars are listed or accepted. Transactions and listings are restricted to vehicles with collectible, heritage, or investment relevance.
1. Platform Purpose & Vehicle Eligibility
MajaraClassic is an exclusive marketplace dedicated solely to collector-grade, classic, and premium automobiles.
Only collector-grade vehicles qualify: premium and classic automobiles exclusively. No daily-use, mass-market, or commuter cars are listed or accepted.
Transactions and listings are restricted to vehicles with collectible, heritage, or investment relevance. This includes, but is not limited to: pre-1990 vehicles of historical significance, limited-edition production models, vehicles with documented motorsport heritage, and recognised luxury/ultra-luxury marques irrespective of year.
MajaraClassic reserves the right to reject or remove any listing that does not meet these eligibility standards without notice or refund.
2. Seller Obligations
Sellers must provide accurate, honest, and complete information about the vehicle, including its condition, history, mileage, and provenance.
All photos must be authentic, unedited representations of the actual vehicle being sold.
Sellers are solely responsible for the accuracy of any claims regarding authenticity, originality, or documented history.
Sellers must hold legal title to the vehicle or be authorised to sell it on behalf of the owner.
Misrepresentation of a vehicle is grounds for immediate account suspension and potential legal action.
3. Buyer Responsibilities
Buyers are encouraged to conduct independent due diligence before completing any transaction.
MajaraClassic acts solely as a marketplace intermediary and is not a party to any transaction between buyer and seller.
Buyers assume all risk associated with verifying the condition, authenticity, and legal status of any vehicle.
Physical inspection by a qualified specialist is strongly recommended before any purchase.
4. Premium Membership
Access to Premium listings is restricted to approved members who have passed MajaraClassic's qualification process.
Premium membership is non-transferable and subject to revocation at MajaraClassic's sole discretion.
Premium listings may include vehicles of exceptional rarity, value, or sensitivity; all standard terms apply with heightened confidentiality expectations.
5. Prohibited Conduct
Listing vehicles that do not meet the collector-grade eligibility standard.
Fraudulent, misleading, or deceptive listings of any kind.
Spam, unsolicited commercial communications, or harvesting of user data.
Circumventing the platform to conduct transactions without using the provided contact channels.
Any use of the platform that violates applicable UAE, GCC, or international law.
6. Limitation of Liability
MajaraClassic provides the marketplace platform "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
MajaraClassic is not liable for any loss, damage, or dispute arising from transactions conducted between buyers and sellers.
In no event shall MajaraClassic's liability exceed the fees paid by the user in the preceding 12 months.
7. Privacy & Data
User data is collected and processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Identity documents uploaded for verification are stored securely and used solely for trust and safety purposes.
MajaraClassic does not sell or share personal data with third parties without consent, except as required by law.
8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
Any disputes arising from use of the platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the UAE.
MajaraClassic reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of any revised Terms.
